Product Photo Studio (productphoto.bnj.app) is a browser-based web tool for e-commerce sellers. It prepares product photographs for marketplace listings: it crops them to a chosen marketplace preset (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Trendyol, eBay, plus square and 4:5 social sizes), removes a plain background, places the product on a pure white square, adds a contact shadow, renames files by SKU and packages the batch as a ZIP. IMPORTANT — the service has TWO distinct parts with DIFFERENT data flows, and the legal text must describe them separately, never with a single blanket claim: (1) THE BROWSER STUDIO is entirely client-side. Cropping, background removal, shadows, encoding and the ZIP all run in the visitor's own tab using JavaScript and HTML canvas. Photographs are never uploaded; the server has no endpoint that accepts a product photograph for this path. This part is free, unlimited and has no watermark. (2) AI OPERATIONS (cut out from a busy background, place on a new scene, enlarge a small photo) are NOT client-side. If a visitor chooses one, the photograph IS transmitted to our own API server and then forwarded to our internal image-processing proxy (qiler.bnj.app), which in turn calls a third-party generative-image provider (fal.ai). These operations are paid with credits. AT THE TIME OF WRITING THE AI OPERATIONS ARE NOT ENABLED: no image budget is connected, the endpoint returns an honest error, and credits are not for sale. The legal text should describe the AI path as it will work, and note that it is currently unavailable. MONETIZATION: no subscription. Credits are sold as one-time purchases (packs of 25 / 100 / 400 credits for 4.99 / 14.99 / 49.99 USD) through Stripe Checkout. Credits do not expire. One credit is one AI operation on one photo; if the operation fails the credit is refunded automatically. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them. Payments are not enabled yet. ACCOUNTS: there are NO user accounts, no passwords and no email addresses. Identity is a licence code in the form BNJ-XXXXXXXX that is generated when a purchase is made and shown to the buyer. Entering that code on another device restores the credit balance. We deliberately do not store an email address. NO ADVERTISING, no ad SDK, no third-party trackers beyond the analytics described below. There is no mobile app; this is a website only. TRADEMARKS: the names Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Trendyol and eBay are used only descriptively, to say which published seller guidance each preset follows. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any of them, and the terms should state this. The tool does not guarantee that any listing will be accepted; marketplaces judge things no tool can check (whether the photo is the seller's own, whether it shows the actual item). USER RESPONSIBILITY: users must only process photographs they own or are licensed to use. LIABILITY: provided as-is; no warranty that output will meet any marketplace's requirements.
